Can I change or cancel my order?

We can accept cancellations or changes of orders prior to shipment. If your item has shipped out that you wish to return, you can request a refund via our returns page. Please follow the instructions in our Return Policy.

Can I track my order?

Of course! Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email followed by a notification email to inform you that your item has been dispatched. In this email, you will find your tracking number.

I already placed my order but need to change my address?

Please email support@mymoodeys.com immediately and we will update your address.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail 24 Hour delivery. For all orders received before 13:00 they will be dispatched same-day.

Royal Mail 24 is a fully tracked service and all orders should be with you within 1 business day. Every now and then this can take an additional day which is out of our control.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship within the United Kingdom and the European Union. Moodeys will be expanding to North America soon. Sign up to our newsletter to stay updated with all news.

Customers of the European Union will be responsible for all final taxes and are excluded from costs quoted.
